StoryFinders Publishing, LLC is a Charleston, West Virginia–based initiative dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and sharing the stories that make our state one-of-a-kind. West Virginia is rich with history, culture, creativity, and resilience, yet many of the voices that shape its identity remain unheard beyond our mountains. At StoryFinders Publishing, we believe those stories deserve a wider stage.

Founded in 2025 by Andy Richardson and Dennis Harmison, StoryFinders Publishing was created with a simple but powerful mission: to bridge the gap between talented local authors and readers both within West Virginia and around the world. What began as a shared passion for storytelling quickly grew into a publishing effort focused on uplifting the voices, experiences, and imagination of West Virginians.

Our goal is not only to publish books, but to build a community around storytelling. StoryFinders Publishing celebrates the creativity, heritage, and individuality that define West Virginia.
